Planning
Orders placed through our online store will have priority scheduling. Please contact us for an estimated delivery date before placing your order.
Quote Acceptance
Please view your quote online, and then click the PAY NOW button. Complete the checkout process. When you complete your order, you agree to have us complete the work as specified in the description, and you agree to ensure all payments are made in full based on the payment terms selected. Before the checkout process can be completed, any changes to the quote must be provided to us.
As your order progresses, you will receive an email notification, and you will receive your invoice once our work is complete.
Plans for RBA payments
For services over $500.00, you will see a payment option “RBA 30 Day Payment Plan”. This option allows you to pay the total value of your order over 30 days. You can choose a custom amount for your down payment, as well as the frequency of your payments. We process your order as soon as we receive your completed payment contract and your order, which is a no fee option.
If your equipment has a delivery time of 8 weeks or more, as proof that we have made your payment on your equipment, you will receive a copy of the deposit payment from our Supplier.
A limited warranty is provided:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Testing and examination (inspection) services are based on the time of the test or examination, and no warranty is implied.
The warranty on backflow device repairs is limited and based on the cause of the problem.
We offer a 90-day limited warranty on labour workmanship from the date of invoice.
RBA Mechanical warrants only work completed by it, and is not responsible for existing problems or work completed by others.
We do not warrant the parts or equipment. Parts and equipment are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policies, and may not include labor costs.
RBA Mechanical Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so. After 24 hours, your order has been processed.
We begin processing orders as soon as they are received during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
When orders are placed outside of regular business hours, they are processed by 10:00 am the next business day.
Orders with materials or equipment after 24 hours
In 24 hours, materials and equipment will be reserved exclusively for you and on their way to our office.
You will receive a 70% refund if you cancel your order during this period (after 24 hours, but before your appointment is scheduled).
Materials or equipment that are custom made or ordered (or that are more than 2 weeks away from delivery) will not be refunded. However, the installation value of your order will be refunded to you at 70%.
Appointments scheduled
Your appointment means that we have reserved a time in our schedule exclusively for you. However, appointments may need to be changed by us or by you, depending on weather conditions.
There is no charge for rescheduling appointments.

Orders Where Only Parts are Sold
RBA Mechanical does not hold any responsibility for any repairs or installation of the purchased parts once they leave our hands.
It is the customer’s responsibility to order the correct parts.
The customer is responsible for purchasing replacement parts until the warranty has been processed. Faulty parts can be returned to the manufacturer for a warranty claim. RBA Mechanical does not guarantee parts warranties. In the event that the manufacturer successfully completes the warranty claim, the customer will receive a refund based on the method of payment originally used.
PAYMENTS FOR INVOICES
Payments made online will be applied to your account the following business day. Overpayments will remain on your account as credits.
Providing services
It is imperative that all equipment is fully accessible.
When your materials and/or equipment are ready, we will contact you to schedule your appointment.
A Journeyman completes all service work.
To ensure your health and safety, we follow all COVID 19 rules & regulations.
All packaging and debris are removed from the work site.
In accordance with your service description (work order), all work will be completed.
For your records, you will receive an invoice when the work is completed.
The prices listed are based on flat rate pricing with no hidden fees. See Additional Fees for exceptions.
The payment process
We accept all major credit cards online through Stripe.
G Pay and Apple Pay are accepted.
Payments can be made online through your bank’s Bill Pay, EFT Direct Deposits, or E-Transfers.
For PO / invoice payments, you must have an established account with RBA Mechanical.
Fees and charges
Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order if any of the following conditions apply.
Unaccessible, hidden, or difficult-to-access equipment or parts.
Concrete coring may be needed if holes need to be drilled through concrete or cinderblock.
It may be necessary to use a scissor lift if the equipment is higher than 8 feet off the ground.
Additional fees may apply if equipment is located in a mobile home.
Before ordering, request a quote if you do not have the main services for electrical, gas fitting, or plumbing available.
Additional fees may apply to onsite conditions:
Service / Leak detection: Access ports / valves. Roof top units & central air conditioners come with access ports / valves, if they are missing, additional fees will apply.
Conditions that hinder a repair or installation that are hidden or unforeseen.
TERMS OF USE – Web Site Terms and Conditions

You understand that if you use any Third Party Services:
The use of Third Party Services and websites is at your own risk, and we are not responsible or liable for them.
By using any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services, you acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused.
Accounts
When registering for an account to use any part of our Web Site Services, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information.
In addition to maintaining your account information up-to-date and keeping your password secure, you are solely responsible for any activity under your account.
If you use your account to access the Web Site Service, you are responsible for maintaining its security. Any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security must be reported to us immediately. You must not share or misuse your access credentials.
The End
All or any part of our Web Site Services may be terminated or suspended at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Simply discontinue using our Web Site Services if you wish to terminate the Web Site Agreement or your RBA Mechanical Inc. account.
A number of provisions of the Web Site Agreement are intended to survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.
Notice of disclaimer
Web Site Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. RBA Mechanical Inc. and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no way does RBA Mechanical Inc., nor its suppliers and licensors, guarantee that the Web Site Services will be error-free or that access to them will be uninterrupted or continuous. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Web Site Services at your own discretion and risk.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Web Site Agreement and any access to or use of our Web Site Services will be governed by Canadian law, except as otherwise provided by law.
If there is a dispute arising out of or related to the Web Site Agreement or our Web Site Services, the state and federal courts of Canada will have jurisdiction.
The changes
At any time, RBA Mechanical Inc. reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms.
The notice will indicate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect if we make changes that are material.
In the event that you disagree with our changes, you should stop using our Web Site Services within the designated notice period.
The new terms will apply to your continued use of our Web Site Services.
