Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Conduct a pre-installation site visit with the customer to review the details of the project and take precise measurements
- Supply and install the new dehumidifier in the mechanical room, and duct it to the return air
- Interlock the unit with the fan coil
- Setup and commission into service
Project notes:
- 120 volt power must be available in the mechanical room
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Service or repairs to the existing hvac equipment
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
