- Our comprehensive scope includes thorough examination and testing of all boiler-installed components, as well as a precise test and set of the boiler gas pressure.
- We also conduct combustion analysis to ensure that your boiler is operating at factory specifications - with adjustment and calibration included.
- Additionally, we'll diligently examine and test both the main boiler pump and control systems - making adjustments if necessary.
- We will thoroughly examine your draft hood and chimney exhaust, provide a full cleaning service for your boiler, clean the combustion air intake hood, and conduct an examination and diagnostic assessment if needed. We also offer a FREE consultation on boiler and boiler system operation to ensure optimal efficiency. Please note that repairs or repair parts are not included in this scope but can be quoted if required.

Work Order Service Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Examine and test the boiler and all boiler-installed components
- Test and set the boiler gas pressure
- Complete the combustion analysis to ensure the boiler is operating to factory specifications (adjustment & calibration included)
- Examination & test the main boiler pump
- Examine & test the main boiler control (includes adjustments if required)
- Examine the boiler draft hood & chimney exhaust
- Complete the boiler cleaning service
- Clean the combustion air intake hood
- If the option for the mechanical room is selected, inspect all other hydronic heating components located in the mechanical room
- Provide examination & diagnostic results, if required
- Includes FREE consultation on the boiler & and hydronic heating system
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Repairs or repair parts
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
