Description
Upgrade your heating system with the Dual Space-Ray 30 ft 100,000 btu Radiant Tube Heater Package. This all-inclusive package includes a pre-installation site visit to guarantee a smooth installation process.
Your purchase includes:
- Two (2) Space Ray 30 foot, 100,000 btu radiant tube heaters
- Exhaust and combustion air as discussed onsite
- One (1) 2 stage digital thermostat
- Natural gas and electrical as discussed onsite
- Professional installation of both tube heaters
Details:
- Our team will supply and install the new heaters, suspending it safely from the ceiling using all necessary tools and equipment for up to a 19 foot ceiling. Customer is required to supply the electric scissor lift needed in order to complete the work.
- With setup and commissioning included, you can rest assured that your new heater will be up and running efficiently in no time.
- Please note that permits and licenses are not included but can be provided upon request.

Radiant Emitter Tube System
- 4″ O. D. heavy-duty calorized aluminized steel or alumi-therm steel combustion chamber (10 feet) and heavy duty hot-rolled steel radiant emitter tubes
- Optional calorized aluminized steel (ALC Option) radiant emitter tubes.
- 3-year limited warranty on the emitter tubes
- Suitable for horizontal or angle mounting up to 45°
- Optional 90° elbows
- Up to 40 feet sidewall vent capacity
- Optional 5′ or 10′ body extension packages
ALC Option: All calorized aluminized steel (ALC) radiant emitter tubes– for ALC option the model number would be PTS100-40-ALC-N5. Note: for Carwashes, Dairy Barns, Greenhouses, Swimming Pools, Waste Water Treatment Plants, and other high humidity/corrosive environments, ALC option with all calorized aluminized tubes is recommended. Calorized aluminized steel emitter tubes provide long life, corrosion resistance, and high radiant efficiency — will not flake or peel. Ideal for high humidity/corrosive environments.

Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Complete a pre-installation site visit to inspect available power and gas in the garage, and determine exact location of the tube heater
- Supply and install the two (2) Space-Ray tube heater using the required tools and equipment needed.
- Setup and commission the tube heaters into service
Project notes:
- The actual specification of the two tube heaters may vary depending on product availability at time of ordering
- If work is completed during the month of January 2025, provide 2 years of free fall maintenance service (rental of electric scissor lift not included)
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Permits or licenses
- Electric scissor lift is to be provided by customer for a week
- Gas or electrical to the shop
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
