Description
Transform your indoor environment with our HVAC Duct Work Renovation service.
During our comprehensive site assessment, we identified inefficiencies stemming from a poorly designed duct layout and unsuitable materials used in prior renovations.
- Our expert team will meticulously redesign the ductwork, optimizing airflow for enhanced comfort and energy efficiency throughout your space. This includes the installation of high-quality supply diffusers and return air grills tailored to each room's unique requirements.
- For the first floor, we ensure optimal airflow by implementing three precise take-offs, complemented by three new 24x24 6" diffusers and hard pipe runs tailored to each diffuser's needs.
- Transitioning to the second floor, our solution includes three meticulously placed take-offs serving both offices—two in the north office and one in the south office—featuring sleek linear diffusers equipped with robust hangers and grills.
- To enhance air circulation further, we will install a return air grill in each workspace.
- For the common area, we include the installation of a high-efficiency 24x24 6” diffuser, accompanied by a new take-off and return air grill to ensure optimal airflow throughout the space.
To facilitate seamless execution, we kindly request access to all areas during the renovation process and recommend that the space be vacant for minimal disruption. Scheduled during regular business hours, our experienced professionals will ensure thorough cleanup and responsible disposal of old materials upon completion.

Work Order Installation Agreement
- For the 1st floor: supply and install 3 proper take-offs, including 3 new 24x24 6" diffusers and hard pipe runs to each
- For the 2nd floor: supply and install 3 proper take-offs to supply each office - 2 in the north office and 1 in the south office - using linear diffusers with proper hangers and grills.
- Supply and install 1 return air grill in each office
- For the common area: Supply and install 1 24x24 6" diffuser including a new take-off and return air grill
- Balance the entire system
Project notes:
- All work to be completed within regular business hours, Monday to Friday
- We recommend the space be vacant in order to complete our work in a timely fashion
- Full access to all work areas is required for the duration of the project
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.

Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
