Description
For owner-supplied air conditioner, 3 ton outdoor condenser
- An outdoor air conditioner owned by the home or business owner
- Any brand
This bundle package includes:
- Installation of the owner-supplied outdoor air conditioner on the owner-supplied wall brackets
- 1) 3 ton evaporator coil
- 25 foot line set for 3 ton
- Electrical breaker with outdoor disconnect switch
Installation Is Included
Experience ultimate comfort and efficiency with your 3 Ton Air Conditioner.
The necessary materials for installation are provided. This includes the indoor evaporator coil, refrigerant, refrigerant line set, low ambient switch, and the on/off disconnect switch. Our setup and commissioning service includes deep vacuum, pressure testing, and the final configuration.- With installation included, our team will ensure a seamless setup process from start to finish. We'll begin with a pre-installation site visit to discuss your project needs and take precise measurements for optimal placement.
- Our experts will handle everything from installing your supplied outdoor unit on your wall brackets to running the line set and electrical connections from the outdoor unit to the new evaporator coil which we will install in the ductwork above your furnace.
- We have included the electrical breaker and installation for easy convenience.

Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Conduct a pre-installation site visit with the customer to review the details of the project and take precise measurements
- Supply and install the owner-supplied outdoor air conditioner on owner-supplied wall brackets
- Supply and install a new 3 ton evaporator coil to fit in the duct work above the furnace
- Supply and install the line set and the low voltage electrical from the outdoor condenser to the evaporator coil
- Install a disconnect switch for the outdoor condenser to make power switching easier
- Supply and install a new breaker in the electrical panel and connect it to the new outdoor disconnect switch
- Setup and commission the new system into service and provide training to the customer on it's usage
Project notes:
- All work areas must be fully accessible and open, including the location of the outdoor condenser.
- Where a line set must be installed in a bulkhead, 2 holes will be provided (one on either end) in order to install the electrical and line set.
- The outdoor condenser should not be more then 35 feet from the location of the indoor evaporator coil
- There must be 2 available slots in the breaker panel for a new electrical breaker
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Electrical panel alterations
- Rehabilitation of any required holes in walls or bulkheads
- Line set and refrigerant if over 35 feet
- Thermostat
- Permits and permit administration
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
