The Work Order
This service is to replace the failed recirc lines for banks 04 / 05 / 06
Scope includes:
- Inspect each unit in each bank and ensure recirc lines are all exposed
- Cut and remove each set of recirc lines from each unit, per bank
- Install a full run of 3/4" Aquapex tubing within each bank
- Connect new tubing to manifolds and test connections
- Set each bank back into service
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Cut and removal of drywall to expose old tubing lines
- Rehabilitation of drywall
- Manifold replacements or repairs
Project notes:
- New drywall is not to be installed until we have completed a full leak test of each manifold and set each bank back into service
- Drywaller may need to drill various holes to locate and expose the old recirc lines
- Full access to each unit, in each bank is required to complete this work
- All 3 banks are to be completed at the same time
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
