To rehabilitate leaking piping and components for 2) HTP DHW boilers
Description

- Our professional team is here to efficiently remove and rehabilitate any leaking copper piping that serves your domestic hot water boilers in the main mechanical room.
- With our service, you can bid farewell to those pesky leaks by having us replace any faulty flow switches and pressure relief valves for both boilers.
- As part of our comprehensive solution, we will also insulate the new piping using a durable PVC protective jacket, ensuring long-lasting protection against future leaks.
- Rest assured, quality is paramount to us. We meticulously conduct a thorough leak test upon completion to guarantee optimal performance and reliability. Once everything is tested and approved, we expertly set your boilers back into service so you can continue enjoying uninterrupted hot water supply.
- To ensure efficiency during the process, we kindly request your assistance in prepping the area during regular hours—we value teamwork! We will provide a second helper for the work that is to be completed during the night shift.

The Work Order
Scope includes:
- Complete a pre-installation site visit
- Remove and rehabilitate the leaking copper piping, using Type L copper pipe
- Supply and install new flow switches for both boilers
- Supply and install new 150 psi pressure relief valves, with new pipe fittings
- Supply and install new insulation with pvc protective jacket for new piping
- Pressure and leak test all work when completed
- Set system and boilers back into service
Project notes:
- One day shift will be required to prep all the materials for installation.
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.

Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
