Description
Heat pump systems up to 20-SEER, featuring inverter technology, environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant, both heating and cooling operation, quiet mode and easy maintenance.
Inverter Technology:
Through advanced technology, Inverter air conditioners are more economical to operate and quieter to run than conventional units. They are smoother and more stable in operation, and reach the desired temperature more quickly than conventional air conditioners. The Inverter component allows the outdoor unit to vary its speed and output to match the required capacity of the indoor unit. Thus, the Inverter model can achieve 30% more operating efficiency than conventional models and therefore, is much less expensive to run.

The necessary materials for installation are provided. This includes the refrigerant line set, mounting pad, low ambient switch, and the on/off disconnect switch. Our setup and commissioning service includes deep vacuum, pressure testing, and the final configuration.- This state-of-the-art system not only provides powerful cooling capabilities but also boasts a sleek design that will complement any space.
- With installation included, our team will ensure a seamless setup process from start to finish. We'll begin with a pre-installation site visit to discuss your project needs and take precise measurements for optimal placement.
- Our experts will handle everything from installing the outdoor unit on the condenser pad to running the line set and electrical connections from the outdoor unit to the wall mount unit.
- Please note, you must have 2 available electrical slots on your electrical panel for installation. The high voltage electrical is project specific and not included in the price, but we are happy to provide a quote during the pre-installation site visit. Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Conduct a pre-installation site visit with the customer to review the details of the project and take precise measurements
- Supply and install the new Fujitsu Mini Split Air Conditioner kit
- Supply and install the line set and the low voltage electrical from the outdoor condenser to the wall mount unit
- Install a disconnect switch for the outdoor condenser to make power switching easier
- Setup and commission the new mini split system into service and provide training to the customer on it's usage
Project notes:
- All work areas must be fully accessible and open, including the location of the outdoor condenser
- The outdoor condenser should not be more then 35 feet from the location of the wall mount unit
- There must be 2 available slots in the breaker panel for a new electrical breaker
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Electrical panel alterations
- High voltage electrical from the electrical panel to the outdoor condenser disconnect switch
- Line set and refrigerant if over 35 feet
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
