- For installations embedded in concrete, we understand that additional effort is required; therefore, you will need to expose the damaged section prior to our arrival in order for us to properly assess the requirements needed to complete the repair.
- After we repair the tubing, you will be responsible for installing a steel access panel in order to maintain safety code compliance. Fittings must remain accessible for service and maintenance at all times.

Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Complete a site visit to asses the requirements of the repair and to ensure area is properly exposed
- Cut out the compromised section of tubing and complete the repair using a specialized compression fitting assembly
- Pressure and leak test the the system to ensure leak free
Project notes:
- If additional repairs are found the be required during the pressure and leak test, these will be discussed and completed at an extra cost
- The heat transfer fluid/glycol is not included in this price, but can be sized and quoted separately
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Removal of concrete

Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
