Installation is included
Upgrade your commercial heating system with the Lochinvar Knight KBX0500N Commercial Boiler. This powerful boiler is designed to replace your existing KBN501 model, providing improved efficiency and performance for your business.
The necessary materials for installation are provided. This includes the venting, plumbing, and gas fittings needed for the modification. Our setup and commissioning service includes boiler control setup and calibration, combustion analysis and testing.
- With installation included, our team will ensure a seamless setup process from start to finish. We'll begin with a pre-installation site visit to discuss your project needs and take precise measurements for optimal placement.
- Our professional team will handle every step of the installation process, from disconnecting and removing the old boiler to installing and commissioning the new Lochinvar replacement.
- Should the piping be insulated, we will make certain to re-insulate upon completion. We will also adjust all gas lines, piping, and venting as necessary to ensure the new boiler is integrated smoothly into your system.
- Complete with a combustion analysis and gas pressure adjustments, our experts will guarantee optimal functionality for your heating setup. Upon completion, we will conduct the full boiler startup and commission it for service.
- Disposal of the old equipment is included in our service, unless an equipment lift is required - which can be quoted separately.

- Workmanship warranty - RBA Mechanical provides a limited 90 day warranty guarantee on our work. At any time within 90 days of installation, if there is an issue with our work, we will complete the required repairs at no cost to you.

Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:- Conduct a pre-installation site visit with the customer to review the details of the project and take precise measurements
- Disconnect and remove the old boiler from service, disposal is included.
- Supply and install the new boiler
- Modify the plumbing, venting, gas, and electrical systems as needed to accommodate the new boiler installation
- If needed, replace the boiler pump. If replacement is not required, the new boiler pump is to be left onsite
- Install the new condensate neutralizer kit
- Complete the controls setup on the boiler
- Complete the combustion analysis on the boiler
- Complete the boiler startup, commission the new boiler into service, and provide training to the customer on its usage.
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Repairs to hydronic system components
- Lift equipment if required to dispose of old boiler
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
