- Box made of high impact polystyrene stands up to the roughest job site abuse
- Two proprietary lock and load 1/4-turn valves enable left, right or center positioning of the drain pipe
- Connects to PEX supply line with F1807 connection
- Snap-on faceplate frame accommodates up to 1 in. drywall
- Quadtro residential and commercial washing machine outlet box
- Faceplate Dimensions: 11.73 in. W x 10.19 in. H
- Box Dimensions: 9.43 in. W x 9.61 in. H x 3.73 in. D; Box Opening Dimensions: 8-3/4 in. W x 7.26 in. H
- Four openings accommodate: A hot water PEX-compatible valve, a cold water PEX-compatible valve, PVC or ABS Sch. 40 drain pipe for connection to your DWV system, and the option for top-down supply line installation
- Accommodates 2 hammer arrestors, sold separately, to reduce noise and protect pipes
- 4 support brackets included for easy top or bottom valve mounting

Work Order
Scope includes:
- Open up the wall behind the washing machine to expose the washing machine valve connections
- If isolation valves are not available, we will coordinate a full building water shutdown
- Once water is shut off to the washing machine, disconnect the old valves and remove the valve box
- Supply and install the new valve box and connect to the washing machine
- Test the connections and set back into service
- Provide an access panel for future maintenance
- Turn water back on and purge
Project notes:
Once wall is opened up, if there are no isolation valves available, we will need to coordinate a full building water shut down.
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
