Are you experiencing a pesky leak from a plumbing manifold? Our Plumbing Manifold Replacement service has got you covered.
Situated above the shower in unit 406, this tricky spot requires professional attention to guarantee reliable and safe repairs. To ensure complete access, we kindly request that you have a 4ft x 5ft open space with any wet drywall removed for us to complete our job promptly and effectively.
It must be noted that every attempt will be made to shut the water off for the riser only, however, if the valves do not hold, then a full building water shut down will be necessary.
Our team is equipped with flame-resistant materials and sprays for added peace of mind during the repair process.

The Work Order
Scope includes:
Unit 406 plumbing manifold replacement
- Shut off the water for the riser. If the valves do not hold, then a full building shut down will be necessary.
- Disconnect and remove leaking plumbing manifold in unit 406, above shower stall
- Install new plumbing manifold and connect tubing runs
- Leak test manifold and connections
- Set manifold into service
Note: Use of fire resistant mats and spray is required, and a 2nd helper is to be available during soldering process
Scope does not include:
- Removal of drywall and rehabilitation (customer to provide)
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
