Workmanship warranty - RBA Mechanical provides a limited 90 day warranty guarantee on our work. At any time within 90 days of installation, if there is an issue with our work, we will complete the required repairs at no cost to you.
Product warranty - Falls under the Manufacturer warranty policies. Labour is NOT included on any product warranty work.
The Work Order
- Remove the natural gas burner and heat exchanger for the MB3000 boiler with the serial # 051158762
- Clean the burner and heat exchanger from the inside out
- Replace the burnt-out flue baffles with a full new set
- Reassemble the gas burner and heat exchanger
- Supply and install new gaskets for the doors
- Test fire and adjust the gas manifold pressures to factory specifications
- Document and quote on any other problems that be exist during the test firing
- Set the boilers back into service
Scope does not include:
- Supply or repair of any additional components (to be quoted seperatly if required)
NOTE: This service requires an onsite assistant from the client in order to complete the work in one day.
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
