- Workmanship warranty - RBA Mechanical provides a limited 90 day warranty guarantee on our work. At any time within 90 days of installation, if there is an issue with our work, we will complete the required repairs at no cost to you.

Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Conduct a pre-installation site visit with the customer to review the details of the project and take precise measurements
- Disconnect and remove the outdated mid-efficient furnace. Disposal is included
- Supply and install the new Rheem furnace
- Alter the gas and venting connections to work with the new furnace
- Modify the water heater venting as required for safe operation
- Setup and commission the new furnaces and air conditioners into service
Project notes:
- All work areas must be fully accessible and open.
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.

Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
