Air conditioner installation Services
Workmanship warranty - RBA Mechanical provides a limited 90 day warranty guarantee on our work. At any time within 90 days of installation, if there is an issue with our work, we will complete the required repairs at no cost to you. Click here to discover our service guarantees.
Work Order
Scope includes:
- Provide a pre-installation site visit and go over installation details with homeowner
- Supply and install 1) new Rheem Prestige heat pump with inverter drive on an outdoor wall bracket
- Supply and install 1) new Rheem evporator coil
- Supply and install the required electrical breakers and high voltage from the electrical panel to the outdoor heat pump
- Setup and commission the new heat pump into service
Scope does not include:
- Servicing or repairs to the existing hot water fan coil
- Permits or permit administration
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
