Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Supply and install new ignition module
- Test and tune the tube heater and set into service
Project notes:
- The tube heater must be accessible with a standard ladder
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Any additional repairs to the tube heater
- Electric scissor lift, if over 10 feet up from floor
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
