The necessary materials for installation are provided. This includes the venting, plumbing, and gas fittings needed for the new upgrade to high efficiency. Our setup and commissioning service includes boiler control setup and calibration, combustion analysis and testing.

Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes- Conduct a pre-installation site visit with the customer to review the details of the project and take precise measurements
- Disconnect and dispose of the old water heater
- Supply and install the new boiler
- Supply and install the new venting materials for the new high efficient boiler
- Modify the plumbing, gas, and electrical systems as needed to accommodate the new boiler installation
- Complete the controls setup on the boiler
- Complete the combustion analysis on the boiler
- Complete the boiler startup procedures as required by the Manufacturer
- Commission the new boiler into service, and provide training to the customer on its usage
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Automatic feeder (see available options)
- Freeze protection/glycol for the floor heating system
- Repairs to the baseboard or floor heating system
- Inspection results outside the immediate scope of our work
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
