Product Details
Ideal for heating buildings with large open areas and low ceilings. The Modine 63,000 BTU Horizontal-Mount Steam/Hot Water Ceiling Heater offers a serpentine copper tube coil that helps resist thermal shock under high pressures and offers greater water carrying capacity with low friction loss. The aluminum die-formed vertical fins of this heater provide strength and exceptional heat transfer.
- Produces up to 63,000 BTU/hour to work with steam or hot-water boilers
- Ideal for heating buildings with large open areas and low ceilings
- Built-in thermal overload protection
- Safety fan guard completely surrounds the fan for constant protection
- Absence of coil headers helps eliminate potential leaks
- Serpentine copper tube coil helps resist thermal shock under high-steam pressures and offers greater water carrying capacity with low friction loss
- Baked-on polyester powder-coat paint finish over a steel construction for rust-and corrosion resistance
- Aluminum die-formed vertical fins provide strength and heat transfer
- 2-piece casing for easy coil access
- Adjustable horizontal air deflectors
- Top and bottom supply and return connections permit 360° rotation without piping changes
- Horizontally mounts to counter heat loss along outside building walls where windows are present

Work Order
Our scope includes:
- Provide a pre-installation site visit go over project details with client
- Supply and install the new hydronic heater in the garage attached to the ceiling
- Use the existing hydronic heating plumbing located in the garage to tie into the new heater
- Use an existing electrical outlet for the new heater
- Test and commission the heater into service
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Repairs to the hydronic heating system
- Installation of hydronic plumbing to a location outside of the garage
- Electrical wiring to the garage
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
