Description
The Compass is a high efficiency, floor mount boiler using a chromium stainless steel vertical down-fired exchanger from AIC®, the world leader in fire tube technology. The Compass features 10:1 modulation and 96% AFUE, an integrated ECM pump and DHW diverter, quick connect components and Wi-Fi connectivity for remote monitoring and alert notifications.

- NTI NC199 boiler
- If selected, 110 cfm HRV c/w intake and exhaust hood and 2 white 8x10 grills
- Pipe fitting materials for the plumbing and gas to fit the new boiler
- Venting materials to fit with the new boiler
- Chimney liner for the existing stand alone water heater, unless an indirect fired tank is selected
- 1) 40 u.s. gal indirect fired tank (if the option is selected)
- Removal and disposal of the old cast iron appliance (specialty lift equipment required)

The necessary materials for installation are provided. This includes the venting, plumbing, and gas fittings needed for the modification. Our setup and commissioning service includes boiler control setup and calibration, combustion analysis and testing.

Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes- Conduct a pre-installation site visit with the customer to review the details of the project and take precise measurements
- Disconnect and remove the old cast iron boiler from service, disposal is included
- Supply and install the new boiler
- Modify the plumbing, venting, gas, and electrical systems as needed to accommodate the new boiler installation
- Supply and install a chimney liner for the existing stand-alone water heater (unless an indirect fired tank is selected)
- Supply and install the optional indirect fired tank and connect to the new boiler (if the option is selected)
- If selected, supply and install the new HRV with the 2 flat white 8x10 grills and flexible duct
- Complete the controls setup on the boiler and the hrv (if hrv has been selected)
- Complete the combustion analysis on the boiler
- Complete the equipment startup procedures as required by the Manufacturer(s)
- Commission the new equipment into service, and provide training to the customer on its usage
Project Notes:
- An option is included to complete a full boiler room make over. If chosen, this option includes disconnecting and removing all components in the boiler room that are connected to the boiler piping system. A form of temporary heat must be provided by customer in order to complete the boiler room make over.
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Repairs or replacements to hydronic system components (zone valves, baseboards, etc)
- Permits and permit administration
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
