Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Conduct a pre-installation site visit with the client to evaluate the specific requirements of the project.
- Disconnect and remove the old water heater, including the old venting. Disposal is included
- Supply and install a new Indirect Fired Tank
- Connect the new indirect fired tank to the existing boiler
- If available, set domestic hot water as a priority using the existing boiler control system
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Additional controls or components to set domestic hot water as a priority
- Boiler or hydronic heating system repairs
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
