Description
It is important to have a licensed and certified professional, like RBA Mechanical, to perform the repair and retest to ensure it meets local regulations and standards.
- Repair of the device involves dismantling the backflow preventer, replacing the faulty parts, and reassembling the device.
- Our work scope will include the supply of both check valve repair kits.
- Once we have completed the repairs, it's important that we retest the backflow preventer to ensure that it is working properly and protecting your drinking water.
Specifications
This service is to install new check valve repair kits for both check valves.
It is important to replace components with the correct OEM parts.

Workmanship warranty - RBA Mechanical provides a limited 90 day warranty guarantee on our work. At any time within 90 days of installation, if there is an issue with our work, we will complete the required repairs at no cost to you.
Product warranty - Falls under the Manufacturer warranty policies. Labour is NOT included on any product warranty work.
The Work Order
Scope includes:
- Supply and installation of both check valve kits
- Backflow re-test & certification
- Submit copy of report to Epcor
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
