Description
Reznor® model UDX gas-fired unit heaters are great for space heating applications. These units are power vented to eliminate heat losses up the flue pipe. Model UDX is approved for installation in Canada by ETL.
UDX unit heaters feature a two-tone black and white powder coated, scratch-resistant paint scheme. Each unit has clean rounded corners and edges with no visible screws or fasteners.
Key features of the UDX:
- TCORE2® titanium stabilized aluminized steel heat exchanger
- Multi-try, direct spark ignition with time lockout
- Vibration/noise isolated fan and venter motors designed for low noise operation
- External status indicating LED that blinks if there is a problem that needs service
- 7-segment display board that shows fault code for quick and easy troubleshooting
- Optional integrated downturn nozzle and integrated vertical louvers
- Sizes 30-125 approved for use in residential garages and workshops
For air circulation, model UDX uses an axial propeller fan.

Installation is Included

The materials needed for installation are provided, and include up to 30 feet of gas line from a source such as a gas meter, to the location of the heater.

- Our professional will supply and install the heater using the existing gas line and electrical outlet located in the garage.

- The setup and commissioning of the new unit heater are included.

Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Conduct a pre-installation site visit with the customer to review the details of the project and take precise measurements
- Provide gas permit
- Supply and install new Reznor unit heater from the ceiling in the garage
- Supply and install the required mounting hardware
- Supply and install a gas line from a source that is no more then 30 feet from the heater location in the garage (above ground)
- Cut any required drywall as may be needed
- Setup and commission the new unit heater into service
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Gas line installation over 30 feet from the heater location in the garage
- Underground gas line
- Rehabilitating of drywall
- Concrete coring
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
