Service is Included
Need air conditioner repair? Designed for both central and mini-split units, this comprehensive examination meticulously inspects condensers, exposed pipes, and fittings, along with the evaporator coil using cutting-edge ultraviolet (UV) light technology.
Our expert technicians will identify leaks that could compromise performance.
Wall mount evaporators are excluded from this service.
The specific brand of equipment utilized may vary based on requirements and availability.
Work Order Service Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Examination of the condenser, exposed pipes, and fittings, as well as the evaporator coil using ultraviolet (UV) light, excluding wall-mounted evaporator units.
- Present the leak detection outcomes along with repair recommendations, if necessary.
- Provide a free quote on any required repairs.
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Any repairs or repair parts
- Dye injection and leak sealant
- Refrigerant
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
