Work Order Service Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Deep clean the outdoor air conditioner & indoor evaporator coil (excluding wall mount evaporators)
- Inspect the air conditioner components
- Tighten any loose connections
- Troubleshoot any issues and provide a free quote for repairs
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.

Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
