Description
The first step in repairing air conditioning equipment is to diagnose the problem.

Service is Included
Need air conditioner repair? Testing and troubleshooting is a required procedure to determine exactly what is happening with your air conditioner. This involves identifying the specific issue that is causing the equipment to malfunction.
- We will use a variety of tools to test your air conditioner to diagnose the problem.
- We will test the refrigerant levels, test various components of the air conditioner including the compressor, and inspect the overall condition of the air conditioner.
- Once the problem has been identified, the next step is to determine the best course of action for repair.
- We will provide you with a personalized quote to complete the recommendations. It is important to use high-quality replacement parts when repairing air conditioning equipment to ensure that the repair is effective and long-lasting.
Work Order Service Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Test the outdoor air conditioner system using various tools and methods
- Test the refrigerant levels
- Test various components of the air conditioner including the compressor
- Inspect the overall condition of the air conditioner
- Diagnose the problem and determine best course of action
- Provide recommendations with a free quote
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Repairs or repair parts
- Fluorescent dye, leak sealant, or leak detection
- Refrigerant
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
