Work Order Installation Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Trace the existing electrical wiring from the boiler to the controls.
- Rewire the boiler and controls for proper functionality.
- Test the fire equipment and ensure that all components are functioning and reading accurately.
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Repairs or repair parts on hydronic heating components, including the boiler, pumps, and controls
- High voltage electrical
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
