Work Order Service Agreement
Our work scope includes:
- Clean the furnace fans
- Examine the furnace and test
- Inspect the humidifier
- Inspect the air filters and filter rack
- Provide results with recommendations for repair or service, with a free quote
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.

The furnace must be fully accessible
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
