Work Order Service Agreement
Our scope of work includes:
- Receive scaled blueprints or drawings from the customer to calculate heat loss and to design the requested type of heating system.
- Complete the data entry of the provided blueprints, including floor plan, windows, doors and ceilings.
- Provide the printed heat loss design to the customer
The price does not cover the following services; however, should these services be deemed necessary during the pre-installation site inspection, they will be quoted separately or provided at an additional cost.
- Floor plan or scaled blueprints or drawings
- Heating system Layout Design
- Additional design changes. Fees apply if changes are required after the design is completed
- Payment must be made at the time the order is placed. Sorry, no C.O.D for designs.
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
