Description

- In order to guarantee optimal performance of your ceiling hydronic heater, we will replace three wye strainers and install pipe unions for both the front vestibule and east hydronic heaters.
- Our skilled technician will diligently work to flush out any blockages in the supply and return piping, ensuring a smooth heating experience throughout your institute.
- Please note that in some cases, accessing certain areas may require us to open up the ceiling. We kindly request customer assistance during this process to ensure a seamless execution.
- As well, if it is possible to remove the caps off the wye strainers and clean them effectively without replacement being necessary, we are pleased to offer a credit of $410.00 per wye strainer.

Work Order
To replace plugged wye strainers, and remove blockage from lines.
- Complete a pre-installation site visit
- Supply and replace 3 wye strainers. (if caps can be removed in order to clean properly, credit $410 per wye strainer not required)
- Supply and install pipe unions serving the front vestibule to attempt to flush out plugged supply and return piping on the ceiling hydronic heater, as well as for the east hydronic heater
- Flush out lines as needed
- Test heater operation and set back into service
Project notes:
- Customer assitance is required, as well as to assist with any required opening of the ceiling
Scope does not include:
- Any repairs to the heaters or piping
Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is 90 days on workmanship, from the date of invoice. All parts and equipment are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty policies which may range between 6 months and 1 year. Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions about a product warranty.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours from the time this quote is accepted to cancel this order and receive a full refund on any payments made.
