Replaced old boiler with 2 new RBI boilers. Repiped the boiler room for more efficient operation, and replaced the heating controls with new Tekmar controls.
The tiny mechanical room had just barely enough room for 1 boiler, so a complete boiler room design was required. This included measuring the space, and selecting boilers and equipment to meet the size of the small space.
